Ingredients
  

Chicken Nuggets
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a dish.
  3. Pour milk or buttermilk into another dish.
  4. Dip chicken in milk, then dredge in bread crumb mixture.
  5. Place coated chicken on the baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.

Notes

For extra crispy nuggets, broil for the last 2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
