  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
Main
  • 1 tbsp oil (I use avocado oil)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves (finely minced) finely minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger (freshly grated for best flavor) freshly grated for best flavor
  • 12 oz broccoli
  • 8 oz pasta (I like fettuccine) I like fettuccine

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
