Method

- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and spices in a large bowl.
- Add butter, oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

- Allow cakes to cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting. Assemble and frost the cake.
