Method
- Whisk together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk together milk and egg in another bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip chicken in flour, then milk, then breadcrumbs, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Carefully place chicken nuggets in the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
- Fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove nuggets and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
