  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional) optional

Method
 

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Reduce heat to medium and add garlic to the skillet. Cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley (if using) and serve hot.

Serve with pasta, rice, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
