  • 4 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar for topping
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch broccoli until tender, then drain.
  3. Mix chicken, broccoli, bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch.
  4. Spread mixture in baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
