Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Rub spice mixture over chicken thighs.
  4. Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet; sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from heat; pour cream and broth over chicken.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and sauce.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked and sauce is bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley (optional) and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the spice mixture for at least 30 minutes before searing.
