Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and a wire rack.
- Mix Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Combine cheddar, Parmesan, crushed Ritz, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper in another bowl.
- Coat chicken in yogurt mixture, then press into cheese-cracker mixture.
- Place on rack or baking sheet and spray with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through. Rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy tenders, broil for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
