- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet.
- Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
- Remove drumsticks, shake off excess marinade, and dredge in Parmesan cheese.
- Place drumsticks on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Broil for 2-3 minutes for crispier skin.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon zest. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels before dredging in Parmesan cheese.
