Method
- Combine garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
