Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts Approximately 1.5 pounds.
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley Chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard leftover marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
