Method
 

  1. Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
  2. Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil (add cornstarch for thicker sauce).
  3. Cook shrimp in olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper; cook until pink (2-3 minutes).
  5. Pour sauce over shrimp and toss.
  6. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until cooked and sauce thickens.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
