Method
- Rinse shrimp and pat dry.
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil (add cornstarch for thicker sauce).
- Cook shrimp in olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook until pink (2-3 minutes).
- Pour sauce over shrimp and toss.
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until cooked and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
