Method
- Remove tendon from each tenderloin.
- Marinate chicken with half the olive oil and all seasonings for 15 minutes or cook immediately.
- Pre-heat skillet over medium, add remaining olive oil, then cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy.
- Reduce heat, add honey, garlic, and parsley. Optionally add butter. Cook for 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serve with your favorite sides like rice or roasted vegetables.
