Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins about 8 tenders
Seasoning
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.75 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tablespoon butter optional

Method
 

  1. Remove tendon from each tenderloin.
  2. Marinate chicken with half the olive oil and all seasonings for 15 minutes or cook immediately.
  3. Pre-heat skillet over medium, add remaining olive oil, then cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy.
  4. Reduce heat, add honey, garlic, and parsley. Optionally add butter. Cook for 2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Serve with your favorite sides like rice or roasted vegetables.
