Method
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces, about 1-2 inch chunks.
- Place chicken in baking dish. Pour oil and chicken base over chicken and toss.
- Add spices to the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165˚F.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, toss with parsley, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes before baking.
